How to get started - step by step.

Step 1

The first step is to understand how many boxes you have to store. If you don't have boxes we can supply you with as many boxes as you need, free of any charge.

Step 2

Once you have a good idea of how many boxes you're expecting to store, click Start storing. Follow the steps on-screen and select your pricing plan.

Confirm your plan and enter your details with us. We can then send you boxes and barcode labels the very next working day.

Step 4

Once you receive your boxes and barcode labels, pack the files/documents you would like to store into boxes. Then login online.

Step 5

Now for the exciting part. We'll need to record information about the contents of the box online. This will help you understand which files are where, so in the future you can easily recall the box back you need. Click 'Add a Box' and enter the information.

Step 6

Next, attach one of the barcode labels we sent you to the front of the same box. Find the same label number on the screen, select and click Finish.

Step 7

Now repeat Step 6 for each box you would like to place into storage. It takes just 1 or 2 minutes per box.

Step 8

Once you've added all the boxes you'd like stored, book a collection on the date of your choice. The first collection is always free.

Step 9

Our driver will arrive at your specified address, collect the boxes and transfer them to our secure storage facilities, where they'll be stored safely until you need them back.
